Perixx’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below.
If you have purchased the item with a third party dealer, please refer to the dealer´s warranty conditions and contact the dealer in any case of warranty / after service request.
Perixx warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original invoice. The warranty only covers failures or malfunctions occurred in normal use conditions as well as for any material or workmanship defect. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the product.
Perixx offers Limited Warranty, which applies only to the original purchaser of the product, non-transferable, and only valid in the country where originally purchased. If the product was shipped internationally by an authorized reseller, the country of original purchase is the shipping point of the reseller. This limited warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the country in which the original Product purchase took place. No Perixx reseller, agent, distributor, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this limited warranty.
1.1 RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Request
- 1. If you find any defect in your Perixx product or you think it does not work properly, please first read the “FAQ - Defect article? – Checklist”. You may find solutions here.
- 2. Please make sure your RMA request fulfills the Perixx warranty conditions (see above).
3. If the FAQ does not offer the right solution for the problem, you can submit your RMA request via the RMA Online form:
- FILL UP: your purchase and contact information in the online RMA form. Your information will be kept confidential and used for RMA purpose only.
- PHOTO UPLOAD: Please upload a clear photo of the defective item, so the RMA department can verify if there is external damage or modification.
- QUICK PERIXX SUPPORT: Once the online form is submitted successfully, you will see your RMA case number appears on the web page. Perixx support will contact you within 5 working days for further assistance.
Perixx reserves the right to contact the buyer or call back the product if further verification needed.
Please DO NOT send any defect items prior to contacting Perixx and obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via the RMA Online form. Perixx will not refund any shipping cost in this case.
If Perixx requests customers to return the product for warranty verification purpose, please make sure your RMA number, name, shipping address, and telephone number are clearly marked on your package.
